• Prohibited Deception: Any deliberate misrepresentation of data or outcomes is a direct violation of these Terms and may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

B. Public Nature of Process

By posting content related to your goal's progress, you understand that you are making certain aspects of your work, process, and metrics visible to other users, depending on your chosen privacy settings. You accept that this public exposure is central to the Service's accountability model.

3. Community Conduct and Support

Thinkaction is a community built for mutual support. Your conduct must reflect this principle.

• Constructive Feedback: All comments and interactions on user-shared progress must be constructive, supportive, and respectful.
• Zero Tolerance for Shaming/Harassment: We have zero tolerance for goal shaming, harassment, trolling, or aggressive disputes regarding other users data or efforts. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the account.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your personal SMART goal data and progress photos, but you grant Thinkaction a necessary license to display it within the Service as defined in Section 4.

4. Disclaimers Specific to Achievement

A. No Guarantee of Results

Thinkaction is an accountability and tracking tool; it is not a guarantee of success. We do not warrant that use of the Service will result in the completion of any user's goals. Users assume all risk associated with their goal pursuit and the content posted.

B. No Professional Advice

The Service and its community content (including suggested metrics, tips, or AI-generated feedback, if applicable) do not constitute professional advice (e.g., medical, financial, or psychological). Users are solely responsible for seeking qualified professional guidance before embarking on any goal with significant personal or financial risk.

5. General Legal Clauses

A. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms (especially the Goal Content and Integrity clauses). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow the account deletion process within the Service settings.

B. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thinkaction, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service (e.g., user feedback); (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
